What is the Law of Attraction?

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Law of Attraction, here is a definition that I like: The Energy that I embody is the energy that I attract into my life. It sounds simple because it is simple! The LOA works in our lives on an energetic level. Our bodies are made of energy and we are constantly sending out certain frequencies/vibration into the Universe. The Universe answers us by sending back energetic patterns of a similar frequency/vibration. There is all kinds of science to prove this, although I am not going to go into that right now. If you are interested in exploring more about this you can find a few great resources here at an amazing price.

The Law of Attraction is hard at work in your life every moment of everyday!

The thing is, most of the time we are not being conscious of the energy that we are embodying so we end up attracting by default. Which sometimes does not give us the experiences that we want. This is where having a Wisdom Coach comes in!

Life is certainly beautiful in Boston, Ma. right now! The rain has ended and the sun is shining. My efforts in the yard have finally begun to show. The grass is looking healthy and the new plants are begining to thrive. I love this time of year! I have an amazing summer ahead of me full of fun adventures with friends and family.
